Payment is via paypal only. For 2D/3D art/standard plushies full payment plus shipping is required before I start on the work, for fur fabric plushies there is a non refundable deposit that is included in the price and I need at least half of the money before I start.

in general, i will do almost any theme, from cute to horror or sexual(adult). i will not do hate art, or explicit religious themes (this is my personal choice, please respect this.) i will do vaguely religious pieces. shipping is not included in the price and varies depending on the country the finished piece is shipping to.

Eyes included in this are stardard felt/fleece constructed eyes that are sewn on. Clay, teddy bear or taxidermy quality eyes can be added at an extra cost.
Felt is very good for display plushies, fleece is good for plushies that require more hugs due to the softness of the fleece

For fur fabric plushies I offer two type of service
Standard: standard quality of fur fabric, good lifelikeness if required. Range of sizes and options. Affordable for most. Colour not a problem.
Luxury: top fashion industry quality faux fur, excellent lifelikeness if required. Range of sizes, but less options (all are with taxidermy quality eyes, clay nose, whiskers, wire armature if required etc). higher price, but payment plans can be arranged. May be some issues sourcing various colours, more naturalistic coloured plushies are preferred.

Shipping is not included in the plushie price and may vary hugely depending on country and plushie size. Luxury plushies are always shipped with insurance no exceptions, this option is also available for a price on any of the other plushies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- REFUNDS
Refunds are offered on a case by case basis at my discretion, I cannot offer refunds on items that have already shipped, no exceptions. If your work gets lost in the post, you may receive a partial refund. I always email a high quality scan for the original piece and store these on my computer so that you can at least have a high resolution copy of your commission. Non refundable deposits are exactly what they say, non refundable, no exceptions. 3d/plushie work that the commissioner drops out of will be altered and resold.
- ESTIMATED WAITING TIME
I cannot give an estimated waiting time for any and all of my commission work. I apologise for this but I am a very busy person, studying at university on a joint honours course and also working part time. I live in both London (on my own) and my home village (with my fiancé) and spend a fair bit of time travelling. I work on commissions whenever I have time, and when the inspiration takes me. Please keep track of dates, because if you are waiting over a year for a commission I will give you a gift as well, as a thank you for your patience. I do not have a set order with commissions, which benefits everyone, as I can devote time and inspiration to whichever commission takes my fancy and you will all get something that I have felt inspired to do. As a general rule, smaller works will probably take less time as I can fit these in my schedule easier.
- SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the commission price. I ship worldwide, costs varying depending on the country, as long as it is legal for you to import these goods into your country. it is up to you to find this out and I cannot be held responsible if you try to import something that you cannot. Please check if you are not sure. 2D/3D/standard plushies are shipped through the normal mail system ( I have never had problems before) but can be sent with insurance for a greater fee. Luxury plushies are always shipped with insurance no exceptions, this option is also available for a price on any of the other plushies. please triple check the address you give me, I cannot be held responsible for post that gets lost due to the wrong address being given to me. I also cannot accept responsibility for damaged mail, I do not own the postal system.
- MY RIGHTS AND YOUR RIGHTS
I reserve the copyright to the original image. With your permission, if your original character is in the image, I reserve the right to make and sell prints. If you do not wish me to do this, there will be a small fee. Unless specified all artwork purchased is for private home use. For commercial use, a royalty fee must be arranged. You may re sell the work on, if you like, but again not for commercial use. Your characters remain your copyright, but all the artwork in your commission is my copyright. I reserve the right to refuse commission from anyone.
